Do most growers add kelp meal in when you till the soil in the spring? How much would you add for 3,500 sq. foot patch? We have already added manure and gypsum. We will be foliar spraying with seaweed and fish emulsion.

Yes, tilled in spring. 25 lbs per 1000 sq. ft. Some growers spread a few more lbs. around the planting area.
