After a fruit is set,and at day 20,is it better to use 15-15-30,or to use 20-20-20.What's your opinion?

Great results have been achieved with both types.
Mike Frantz comes to my mind, he used 20-20-20 heavily last year and had great results. I understand he is using it again this year but in smaller amounts.
I also know that Joel Holland is using a 9-15-36 fertilizer after fruits have reached a certain size. He had great results as well.
In my opinion both have advantages and disadvantages. The 20-20-20 not only pushes the fruit but also keeps the rest of the plant happy. You might sacrifice the big weight gains by using it but in the long run it seems to be the better choice to me. The fertilizers high in K will push the fruit more but, as I understand it, can also lead to early maturity of the fruit.
That's only how I understand it and I am sure others with more knowledge will share their thoughts as well.
