Neem, one ounce per gallon, add two tablespoons of baking soda, read directions. as far as mixing I do not know, but neem works wonders on PM, spray in the evening

What is the percentage of neem oil concentrate. My formula recommends .5 ounces per gallon and that will burn some plants if the heat is high. I would not mix anything with neem. I learned that earlier this year.

High heat application is a warning on every Neam label I have read. Those same labels say not to extend or mix other chemicals with Neam Oil. we have found by experience that Baking Soda may be safely used with neam Oil.

I have read on other sites about pm that baking soda itself, is a good deterrant to pm. I have also read that milk is also. Is either of these two readings correct?

Whole unprocessed Milk & Baking Soda both control PM. They do so by altering the pH of the leaf surface to the point PM spores cannot survive. Though it hasn't been proven, I suspect that Molasses works much the same way. The key is frequency. Every other day seems to do it.

Ok milk works. If whole milk is used, that contains animal fats, which I read somewhere that for whatever reason it should not be used in the garden. If this is true then would skim milk work the same or unprocessed milk with the fat removed?
