I just foliar fed fish/seaweed this morning and I'm concerned about these humid, hot nights beacause of PM. I want to foliar 70% Neem oil. How long should I wait to foliar the insecticide? Is it ok to mix fert and insecticide? Greg

Ah, good question. I was wondering the same thing. I just sprayed some fish/seaweed the other day and now I'm starting to see some whitish spots on my leaves. It might just be residue from the fert. But, in case it's powdery mildew, I want to apply some fungi/insecticide.

Conventional fungicides & insecticides are generally compatible tank mix partners unless indicated otherwise on their labels. However Neem Oil has a unique composition that sometimes causes temperature related issues. I would contact the manufacturer/distributor & ask their opinion if the label offers no specifics. It's been too many years since I sold Neem & never really used it on AGs at all.

The label clearly, as required by law, states the proper use of Neem Oil.
Answering the question: When the leaf is dry following foliar feeding the plant has taken in just about all it can absorb or use.
Neem Oil may be sprayed as soon as the foliage is dry from any other application.
You are wise to do all foliar applications as the sun sets or early morning, in this hot weather.
