The giant zucchini contest sponsored by the exotic seed exchange will be open to anyone with a giant zucchini. I will NOT enter mine, although I have posted a lot of pics of my 'spaziani zucchini'. So... the contest is wide open to any and all zucchini's!!!

Post links to pics your winning zucchini here please... or email me... I will have an objective person (who maybe enjoys looking at large zucchinies?) review the entries!!! The cut off for entries will be at end of September, thx. Oddball genetic crosses will be considered, but no marrows please.

I may not take mine to a weighoff until Oct. Make contest end at end of Oct., when the weighoff season is over.

Do you mean no marrrow crosses or no marrow fruit?

No marrows or field kins... they have their own official gpc categories. So if you have a strange pepo mutt that doesnt really qualify as a field kin or marrow... we might call it a zucchini.

...The pollinator will not be judged.

How big do you think yours is? It's bigger than any marrow I have grown! Bot too hard since none have pollinated yet, but it still looked pretty good.

Hey Gkins i had no idea their was a zucchini contest i had one sitting in my bacement for over 2 weeks now at 10 pounds 5.4 oz.if i can enter that it would be great. I believe its cald black magic a burpee seed ?

Last week to submit! Submit pics & the weight... If its a C.pepo but it doesnt fully qualify as a field kin or a marrow it can enter! Results will be posted by Halloween.
