Like Trukinpumpkin said, those are good seeds, and even if you find a 2307, it won't necessarily be better. Also themes seeds are good. 5 seeds over 1500 verses a 2307, I would take to 5 seeds. They have, as you said, been known to produce. You should not be so quick to trade your seeds always. If there is a reason you dont want them, then it would be an okay seed trade, but if you are trading them just to get the 2307. You should take into consideration the seeds worth together, individually they may not be worth mucch, but together they are worth quite a bot.

It’s better to say what seeds you have to trade, we are all educated enough to look up progeny. Past results do not always predict future success. The harder you try to move them, people can sense how much more you want the other seed. Putting feelers out is the best way of trading.

That's deffinetly true, that 1961 Sperry could produce nothing but a 100 pounder. Same with the 2307 that you want. It could just not produce.

Percentage of offspring over 1500 pounds for the 2307 is 9% which is very low. The 2075 has 13% and the 1991 has 40% the 1961 is also 40% while the 1916 is 100% (only one seed planted) and last but not least, the 1834 is unproven, and this means that the average percent of the seeds you wish to trade(with unproven being 0) 38.6%. This is 4 times the 2307s percentage. You should keep the seeds.
