I want to send a stamped, addressed envelope to a grower in the US so he can post a seed back to the UK for me. How do I know how much to put on it stamp-wise to make sure it reaches me safely? Will the US postal service recognise British stamps? (clearly never done this before!)

I pay the postage and have the receiving party paypal me the cost of postage.

You have to either include US cash or send money through PayPal. You can't use UK stamps to mail an item from the US.

I think it cost me 13.50 us dollars to sent a bubble to the UK.So youd have to get that amount to the us grower plus a self addressed bubble envelope.
