I was really looking forward to growing this seed, but when I recieved it the other day I noticed it was very thin and paper light. Pretty sure it's empty. If anyone has one out there, would love to grow it. I can trade have some good seeds. Let me know.

I can't imagine the Wallaces sending out a seed they felt would not germinate. Don't give up on that seed.

I know the wallaces would never do that, have a lot of respect for them that's not what I'm teying to say at all. I still am going to give her a shot, just was looking for a back up just in case. Hopefully I didn't come across the wrong way. I have done the drop test...

Ryan, I check all seeds very carefully before sending out, I have sent over 275 bubbles this year(and counting) packed over 1,500 seed envelopes. Sometimes one or two will sneak through the process. Email me and I'll replace the seed for you.

PG493 posted a thread on 3/7 looking for a 2230. On 3/9 he states that the 2230 that he received "the other day" is bad....

Am I missing something?

Agree 110%. I'd like to have the empty seed in question, I'd grow it in a heartbeat.

That line doesn't mean much as far as what he had. If I had gotten a hot seed and it came empty, there is no reason why I wouldn't want to "get my hands on" another one.

I am not making any assumptions. It is his thread and he can answer, but its best to give him the benefit of the doubt before making any accusations.

Just to clarify... When I posted on 3/7 I had already recieved the seed and I wanted to look for a backup because it felt light and I used the drop test. My next post I just wanted to explain what had happened. I respect the Wallace's a lot, they have helped me a ton in the past, and I know they would never send out a bad seed on purpose. I have figured it out with Ron so we will figure it out, he will take a look at the seed. Sorry for all of the confusion, I should have just emailed Ron directly.
