While the rot didn't go into the pumpkin, it did consume the entire stem. Im going to spray w/ peroxide 2x per day and keep a fan on it until it gets loaded up next weekend. All of this because I didn't remove the tendril. Luckily, it's a preventable problem that I can stop from happening next year.
