The plant that grew the 10 lb tomato was not much different than all the plants around it. Not much to see and it overlaps the plants around it so its hard to see but it has 6 or 7 side vines and there was a little bit of vine that extended past the tomato which was cut and has now wilted. Did not use a trellis or tomato cage. The plant had mostly tipped over to the ground and/or self supported. Only tied the tomato stem and later when it was about 7-8 lbs I put a hammock under it. No till/ no walking boards. Would I get better results if I did any of this differently...?
