It's a 24 volt solenoid activated water control valve. I'm hoping to plug the transformer into a temperature regulated controller to turn my mister system on when the temps get over 80 F. On a sunny day it means that the valve will be activated for about 5 hours. My question is : Will that solenoid valve survive being on for 5 continuous hours? Please feel free to comment.
