We have pumpkins to talk about now, so let’s get back to my theory on the “perfect” pumpkin for those who love the pretty ones. This is my 2152 Gantner named Molly, and she is 65” in cc at 18 days old. It is about this point that you can no longer lean/tilt/manipulate the pumpkin, so I’ll go over how I feel about the set. I’ll be discussing the ribs at 9, 10, 2, and 2:30 positions, but first note how the deformed lobe is playing into the top hump.
