My big megamutt ribboned right before first truss. 1/2 of the ribbon went to the mega cluster. The other grew normally to the higher levels. I expected the ribbon split to go kracken but it stayed fused to the main and only grew out a few inches to support the tomato. Strength of this growth pattern is good. I can remove the hammocks and the estimated weight 5.75 (as of this morning) doesnt sag. Fingers crossed...only about 1/2 pound to go to become the biggest wixom’s crosses ever grown. Hoping to go over that milestone sometime next week. It is fun when something big grows.
