Ok sometimes this hobby likes to kick you when you are down. At my moms patch i have a 1701 Jutras growing and am prepared to let it take over the whole patch. I pulled the other plant on the opposite side due to a severe ribbon vine issue. I do have a late field pumpkin still in the corner. Anyway the squash was doing well. A check yesterday revealed it had split open on the bottom. Nothing set on either squash now. I feel your pain Hayden. Hang in there. There is still time to grow something decent. I think the heat wave was a little to much in our area.
