This is what you don’t want to find when you are checking on your squash pollination. This one was looking good. It was swelling and had it on a good curve. With the warm temps i didn’t think easing down would be an issue but I came home to see it snapped. The extra long stem on the squash was the issue I guess and the growing weight caused a snap. I don’t think this has ever happened to me before. It’s always something. Another flower will be opened in be morning. Better late than never. I have ordered a few My Pillows to rest under the lowering fruit.
