Don't trust everything you read on the internet. I keep finding sites that are saying my daytime temp is too hot for blossoms to set on my bell pepper plant. Obviously this plant can't read. It keeps setting fruit and I keep cutting them off. The bell pepper expert just replied to my email and answered two questions I had. He said that he thinks about 60-70 DAP for a fully ripe pepper and that they are probably heaviest fully ripe. Thank you John for the quick response. I started this seed Dec 9th. With a start in October there is enough time to have a Winter Bell Pepper challenge. I should have seeds to share next fall.
