The aeroponic plant. At about day 7 DAP it started to show signs of blossom end rot. I sprayed the plant with calcium chloride and the BER is now dried up. You can see the scars on the bottom of the tomato. This tomato will grow rather flat due to the damage at the blossom end. Also the heavy foliar Ca spray hurts leaf quality. It measures 13 inches at 15 DAP. I am sure I will reach my goal of 1/2 pound for first try aeroponic, but probably not much more. Next year I think I can do better.
