834 seeds from my 1365 . It's the most I've ever seen. The last three pumpkins that I've grown have had over 500 each. I don't know if it's the soil, as mine is the best balanced it's ever been this year, or genetics or both and more reasons.
It's always frustrating to see or hear that a great top fruit had a really low count. I guess we'll never really know the reason or reasons.
And yes my fruit weighed 1365 this year, I see that I forgot to post the weight on the photos above.
