Tomorrow is the big day. I will finally get to see if i am a member of the 4 pound Hunt Delicious club. Best measurement tonight on vine is 23.5x19.25x18.25 = 8255.
M-factor of .00046 (my best so far this year) gives est weight of 3.63 lbs.
M-factor of .00055 ( Biscuits suggested factor) gives est weight of 4.54 pounds.
M-factor of .00062 (the number Biscuit is actually getting) gives the est weight of 5.11
My coworkers are ready to be good tomato judges. Has anyone else ever had someone try measure their stem with a caliper to make sure it is not too long? This tomato might be mutilated by the time they are done as they probe crevices looking for soft spots. It is going to be fun.
