I was proof reading my last post and I noticed something that I hadn't seen before. If you look closely there are three sections that look like they have little balls in it. My first though is some insect laid eggs in the tomato. Upon further inspection I am unsure. On two sections the balls come off easily with a tweezers. On the third section pictured below in the top right corner the balls are not fully formed yet. Could this be seeds forming. I have not seen this before. If someone knows what this is please email me.
