70 plants growing... nearly all plants are descended from a tomato over 5 pounds in the past two generations. 55 unique seeds. This will be probably be my most diverse year for genetics. As I start crossing and taking up space to grow out the crosses I will have less room left to introduce new genetics. Already making decisions for next year. Really need to modify the soil..I know my ph is about 7.3. Unless something changes my mind..next year I will grow only one pumpkin in a different section and this section will be all maters.
