Did my first nutrient change in the 55 gallon drum today. Roots on the plant would already by on the bottom of a 5 gallon bucket. PPM of the solution had dropped from 1500 to 1100. The new solution is a bit different...kicking up the phosphorous and potasium levels a bit. The plant is still midrange of the group of plants started about the same date... need to see if I can improve upon that. It is a learning experience for me. I need a faster pump to empty the tank. The roots were out of water for way too long. Next year my goal is to have 6 maters in 55 gallon hydro drums.
