I think you can take my hydro plants out of the winter competition. Before I went to work they looked unhappy. After i came home from I realised that I need to find a word that describes something way more miserable. Hydro can grow faster than soil but it sure crashes quick. I expect to spend the next day trying to figure out the different variables that caused the downfall. If no improvement is evident I expect to start a new batch of seeds, sanitize the system and give it another try. This try has really convinced me that hydro can outperform soil..just it is much more finicky.
