I went to the weighoff today at Gale Woods Farm. Beautiful site, many friendly growers. Super job of organizing this first year event. Congratulations to Glen and Margaret Martin for their first place finish of 1598 pounds and to Chris Qualley (qtip) for taking second with first official weight of 1481 pounds. Received a suprise gift from Dan Maccoy. Thank you Dan. Next year minnesota might be the most competive state to grow tomatoes in. Glad that the competitors are so nice.
