So, I fed 125 gallons per plant and I know that it is not 1" as indicated in the rain gauge...
Using 600 gallons for 1" of rain, and my plants are each roughly 25' x 20' or 500 sq ft each, then each plant/space would require 300 gallons to get the required ammount to equal roughly 1" of liquids.
So after puzzling over the math, I then realized I had the rain gauge perfeclty centred between 2 overlapping spray heads so was getting a double reading...whew!!
Gave both plants a concoction mix like the good Doctor in Richmond likes to do...I still haven't gone over 350 ppm but likely will later on in the growth cycle. Best addition to my patch this year is the parts per million metre...love it.
