Persistence- The 1714 Lüders might not be right for southern growers but persistence might be. The heat isnt bothering her at all. Not a single flagging leaf. All these years of selfed I have decided she is tough genetics. The line has gone thru disease, complete lack of care, and this year herbicide. And it throws pretty orange. Next year i might release the seeds.
