Ok fellow carrot growers It isnt over yet. Now that i have gone from being slightly in the lead to way behind it us time to bring it to the next level. I just received the media sample results for Carina back from the University of Minnesota. I think I know what to do better. My hope now rides on Carusa. He has had a hard life.. 1/4th the size of Carina...but 3 more months to grow. He wont have the 1500 ppm of CO2 to work with but hopefully can still grow good. Gave him an overdose of fish fertilizer, kelp, and great white tonight. I intend to see if this carrot can thrive in extreme conditions.
