Were very happy with our soil sample for the start of the season. The pH is where we like it but a little higher won't hurt as it tends to drift down over the season. We will add the Phosphate when we dig the patch as it can be a bit of a bugger putting through the irrigation system. Potassium will be feed each week when watering as and when. We would like the Calcium up around 4000 plus so a little ground chalk will sort that and raise the pH. The Nitrogen, well what there is, will mainly go in with liquid feed but as our Sulphur can be a pain in the butt later in the season we will mix some ammonium sulphate into the patch. Boron will be liquid feed through the season. Manganese, well just got to get the old head around that one. The onions Nitrogen was the same but they now have some more and look better for it.
