I'm only growing four onions this year and I picked out what I considered the best and planted them up today.
I've had them bigger at this time of year but I'm quite happy with their progress so far.
They won't be getting any more supplementary lights from now as I want to treat them all the same and don't have enough lights.
I don't actually think it matters how big they get this year as I just want to see some results of my lighting trial
