Thank you,, eveyone for reading my diary this year, all the kind emails mean a lot, I've continued working on my patch for next year, I truly believe I can do it next year, with the support of everyone I'll spend every waken hour I can in the patch and give it one more dedicated shot.. With that I say good bye, it's time to dedicate the rest of the year to my second passion power lifting/bodybuilding.. Best of luck to everyone in the years to come.
