A big storm hit last night with high winds and 3 inches of rain. It flattened most of the varieties of indian corn that I am growing. A few rows were protected by trees and are still okay. It could be worse. A tornado beat a town up pretty bad about 40 miles away. I have no idea how much rain we have had since June 7 but we set a new all time record for June Rainfall and July is already over 3 times the normal rainfall.
