After 3 days I know these grafts will take and take good because the cot leaves on the bushel scion begin to open up. The box is @ 100%+ humidity and I mist them as often as possible. I don't worry about 24 darkness because I feel uncut rootstock has alot less stress and the scion cots are not even open yet so less stress on them.
