Patch prep is all done and the patches are put to bed for the year. I have some great neighbours that deliver several loads of leaves to my patch. I also had several tonnes of composted cattle manure delivered a few weeks ago. Turns out it was almost 40000 pounds. Ugh. The tractor at the farm helped with the main patch with the tilling, but the greenhouse and the home patch, well that was all moved and tilled by hand.
