The 1217.5 Zappa is at 9FT today and 48 days old, I pollenated a 5 lobe female at 7 FT my first female flower of the season with the only male flower I had that also came from this plant, a self cross.
I resprayed merit 5 days ago and set out 2 SVB traps , havent caught any so far. I finished the last bit of drip tape today after the photos, after losing a few winter squash plants and the 288 buglio to a critter I set out 6 mouse traps, havent lost a plant since then but nothing has set off a trap either, it must be very smart.
