The zappa is beaten bruised and broken ,you can see the grow tip I snapped off ,this plant is 20 feet from the shenoha, are the holes in the leaves similar to what is being talked about in this recent post

I know I've asked a lot of questions and used a few links but can anyone give some opinions on this.
Could it be as simple as getting the leaves wet from the fertilizer I used ( cant remember if I did)
